The faculty members of Keys2Achieve, Inc. have "walked the walk" of school improvement in this era of high accountability.  Members of this team have worked collaboratively with school leadership groups to diagnose what's working in a particular school building, what is failing to provide the desired academic outcomes, and what needs to be modified to make a meaningful difference.

This unique group of highly qualifed educators, individually and in pairs, has assisted schools in reviewing student performance data, developing a carefully crafted school improvement plan with specific goals and objectives to produce the outcomes with all sub-groups identified by No Child Left Behind (NCLB), and assisting in monitoring and adjusting the plan as necessary. Keys2Achieve, Inc. believes that individual school faculties hold the keys to success but may need to be guided and nurtured along the accountability path.
